More lovely eBay finds! #2
Right, the previous post was pretty popular and recieved alot of happy comments, and I have alot of bargain eBay items stocked up on my wishlist which I'm happy to share with you, so onto post two!
I already have one in black from New Look, but I am definately going to get the burgundy one and maybe bottle green too :)
I'm really into the hamsa hand and evil eye charms at the moment, and I love ear cuffs so I love this. I prefer the gold one.
I love these shorts! Similar to the black and white striped ones that everyones been wearing, but I prefer these and think they'd go with loads. They could be dressed up and dressed down too.
I am absolutely in love with collar tips. They add a touch to all shirts and make a plain white shirt just that little bit more edgy. You can get them in silver or gold, but my preference is always gold.
I want to buy the PVC pair as I already have a pair of suede un-studded flatforms, and Office had a similar pair of studded flatforms in PVC for £48!
I love these so much, not much to say, I can't wait to order them!

This is really simplistic yet I really love it! I wouldn't wear it how the model is wearing it, I'd wear it high with the cross at the side.
Super simplistic with tiny laser cut detailing, in a beautiful colour and a bargain price!

Some lovely eBay finds! #1
I used to spend my life on eBay, but now I'll occasionally have a look for a cheap skirt or item of jewellery. I always keep things in my 'wishlist' on eBay so I thought why not share some of the bargains I find with you! Not everything is cheap as chips, but when you think how much it would be on the high street, there are some right bargains, and the cheapness of some of the jewellery you can find is ridiculous!
I think this is so gorgeous and the detailing is so much more interesting than the boring plain black maxi skirts on the high street (even though I own a boring black one and wear it ALL the time!)
I absolutely love these too! I love black and gold together, I love sheer, I love embroidery, I love high waisted shorts and I love crosses, so these shorts are pretty much perfect!
EDIT: The lovely Style Notes showed me where you can get these shorts for an even better £5.99 here! If you see anything cheaper then please let me know :)
I love this so much! It's really intricate and delicate as some hand bracelets can be a bit too much, and it's such a bargain price!
As you know, I have been obsessed with hamsa hands for ages as they remind me of my mum's necklace she wore throughout my childhood. I love little charm and friendship bracelets so this is the perfect excuse for another one!
I am so excited for this to arrive! :)

My week in pictures... sort of.
Long story short, for the last month of university and during my 21st birthday I had an iPhone 3 and used instagram constantly. Then I had the screen fixed and the phone broke :( so since then I haven't been able to get onto it!
But lovely Louise told me about webstagram where you can log onto instagram account online! So nice to be able to go back and look back at all the photos I took from my birthday and at uni so I thought I'd create a little post on them :)

Some beauty products I treated myself to, feel free to ask about any if you want to know what they are or what they're like! 'Colour b4' was really good for stripping my hair from black to my natural brown colour and it didn't ruin my hair at all. L'Oreal Elvive Triple Resist x3 conditioner makes my hair feel so lovely.
My housemates decided to personalise my milk for me.
I loved these Snoop Dogg (sorry Snoop Lion now) tissues for when I had a cold. They actually had the Snoop Dogg picture on and said 'Fo Sniffle' haha, definitely cheered me up a bit! The app I used to put 3 pictures together is called 'Pic Stitch'.
We had a night in painting our nails and wearing onesies :)

This was from a recent uni trip to Belgium, where we tried some strawberry and chocolate beer! The strawberry one was gorgeous and tasted a bit like fruit cider, the chocolate one was a bit weird because chocolate and beer shouldn't go together, but I love beer so it was okay!

Omnomnom my favourite Starbucks drink. I had never been to Starbucks in my life before I went to uni and now it's a regular occurrence! The drink I get is a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and it is delicious, if you like chocolate, try it!
We all went henna mad on the last week of uni, I got a hamsa hand on my forearm.
Chilling on the balcony, happy that first year is finally over! I was super glad all the work was done but I'm sad that I'm no longer a fresher and now the proper work begins!
My puppy sneaked onto my bed without an invite! And behind is my outside wardrobe which I love :)

A Belgian waffle from an 100 year old waffle shop. I got it with strawberry's and hot chocolate sauce and it was delicious!
Treated myself to a hamsa hand necklace from Miss Selfridge. It was the first hamsa hand thing I had seen in the shops (I know they're everywhere now). But my mum used to wear one all the time when I was a child and it just really reminds me of her!

On another note, I upgraded my 3 year old Blackberry for an iPhone 4 the day before yesterday and it arrived yesterday. All was well when I set it up until I realised the sound wasn't working at all! After being on the phone to Orange all morning, they're going to send me another one tomorrow morning before 1pm. So as of tomorrow I shall have instagram back!

100 day challenge - No buying clothes.
I have just come across the '100 day challenge' of no buying and I have decided this is just the motivation I need to start saving some money and stop spending it on stuff I genuinely don't need.
I'm not going to start until I go back to university in September as I don't want to have to worry about money during summer and during my holiday but I'm adamant I can complete this!
I have a gorgeous wardrobe full of clothes yet I just keep on buying!
I'm going to do it as a personal challenge so I'm going to make up the rules for myself. I know it will more than likely run through Christmas so I need to have a few rules for that.
- Money can be spent on other people for things such as Christmas or birthday presents.
- Make up and beauty products can be bought ONLY if the previous one has run out.
- No clothes can be bought at all. Not online, not in the sale, not in charity shops, not at all.
- I should try and get rid of clothes to charity shops/ sell clothes on eBay if they're not worn.
- I can buy food, things for uni, go out with my friends etc, just no clothes, accessories, things for my bedroom, things for the hell of it.
- If I see something I really want, I'm going to write it down and blog about it, then when I've done the 100 days I can look back and see if I really needed it at all.

I recently celebrated my 21st birthday and my cousin bought me this 'Terramundi' money saving pot. It was one of my favourite presents and the meaning behind it is lovely!
It is a china pot where the only hole is the money slot at the top. The point of the pot is that you put money into it and you cannot get it out unless you smash the pot.
You aren't allowed to smash it until the pot is full, and then when it is full you must make a wish and smash the pot. There is already a fortune coin inside the pot when you get it which you cannot see until you smash it. I plan to fill mine with only £1 and £2 coins, and occasionally £5 notes if I have one spare.
I need to fill out this card and start saving!
My boyfriend Joe's 21st birthday was last week so I got my mum to buy him a blue version so he could start his saving too! We both quit smoking recently too which is another reason to save. I plan to put the money in which I would be spending on cigarettes, and also the money I would be spending on clothes and accessories. Hopefully me and Joe will fill our pots up at about the same time and then can treat ourselves to a holiday away or something!
